Do you deliver to jobsites?

We do offer local pickup. Please include your request for pickup on your quote form and we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes, all of our doors include a full one year manufacturer’s warranty. You can see a copy of our warranty by clicking here.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, if your door is defective or damaged upon arrival, do not sign the delivery ticket and refuse the shipment to avoid any shipping fees. If a return is requested for any other reason, there may be a return shipping charge and/or up to a 20% re-stocking fee.

What is the best way to clean and maintain wood doors?
We recommend using a mild mineral oil twice a year. You can also use a rag with water to clean occasionally. We do not recommend using chemical solvents or anything containing lemon or orange.

Are these doors energy efficient?
Yes, we use every construction technique available to ensure our doors are some of the most efficient on the market. We utilize high efficiency door sweeps, large Q-Lon weather stripping, heavy duty flush bolts and adjustable aluminum sills. All of this combines with triple glazed glass to create a truly efficient entrance unit.

Do you offer interior doors?
We do have a small selection of two and four panel interior doors in-stock. We can also quote special order interior doors, but turnaround time could be up to 12 weeks.

Do you your doors include locksets?
Unfortunately, we do not sell or provide locksets at this time

What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept personal check, cashier’s check, money order, visa, American express, mastercard, and discover.

Do you offer a contractor’s discount?
We currently do not offer a special discount for contractors. We do however offer a 10% discount of any multiple door order. For orders of 5 doors or more please contact us by phone or email.
